중등 미술 교원연수에 관한 인식 및 요구분석

A Study of the Recognition and Requirements of Secondary School Teachers' Art Training

In this study for purpose of showing the direction of secondary school art teachers' training to adjust themselves to the suddenly changing reality situation as a basic material the questionnaires for the number of 52 secondary school teachers serving in Seoul and the metropolitan area were conducted and analyzed in order to know secondary school art teachers' recognition and requirements of teachers' training, and their demands. The results of the analysis are as follow: First, it is necessary to solicit all the teachers to participate in the teachers' training in policy and in even somewhat involuntariness. Second, the contents of the training programs of the teachers' training should be composed in such directions and provided. Third, the programs for theteachers' training art teachers require are the training related to computer and varied practical training. Fourth, for the effect of art teachers' training the lacking of time and economy is pointed out. Therefore the problems of training system and management are needed to be reformed, but the betterment of teachers' individual circumstance to be able to attend the training is needed much urgently. Fifth, as the curricula, contents, instructors, teaching methods, and appraisal way that all the teachers have ever received and experienced in the teachers' training were showed unsatisfactorily, the reformation is necessary in its training system and management. On the base of the result surveyed above to improve the problems of art teachers' training system and management the focus must be on the satisfying of teachers' demands, which can extend their speciality for their specialty for their adaptability to rapid changing in education scene and enhance the effectiveness of art teachers' training for the entire advancement in quality of art education.
