에니어그램 성격유형검사의 문항반응 연구

A Study of Enneagram Personality Type Indicator Based on Item Response

본 연구인 한국형에니어그램 성격유형검사는 Cronbach α=.90, 재검사 신뢰도 =.89, Riso(1996)와 공 인타당도는 .82로 양호도가 높은 검사이다(윤운성, 2001). 그 동안 전문적 분석을 시도한 적이 없어 H 에니어그램교육연구소의 온라인 검사자 4,694명의 검사결과를 바탕으로 문항반응이론에 근거하여 81 개 문항에 대한 적절성을 분석하였다. 한국형에니어그램 성격유형검사와 문항반응이론간의 일치율이 57.22%로 나타나 양호한 검사로 확인되었다. 또한 분석결과 총 17개 문항에 대한 개선 필요성이 있 어 향후 보완한다면 더욱 신뢰롭고 타당한 검사도구로 발전되리라 기대된다. 아울러 본 연구는 TOEIC, 수능 등의 최고의 통계검증이론인 문항반응이론에 의해 검사문항을 분 석함으로써 향후 한국형에니어그램 성격유형검사 문항의 타당도를 제고시킴으로서 복지․상담․교육 분야의 교육적함의를 얻는데 목적이 있다.

This sturdy is about a study of Korean Enneagram Personality Type Indicator(KEPTI) based on Item Response theory(IRT). KEPTI consists of 81 questions and allows for an analysis of 9 types of characters as a standardized test sheet. When developed in 2001, it was known as a test instrument consisting of 5-point scales with a high performance in term of questions for each type, represented by ‘Cronbach α =.90,’ and ‘Retest reliability =.89’, Riso(1996) as well as Authorized validity = 0.82(Yun, 2005). However, there have been made no attempts to apply a specialized analysis to it ever since KEPTI was developed. In this regard, we estimated the appropriateness of the 81 questions by comparing the IRT results based on the results from the character test using 4,694 respondents, trying to infer some future complementary questions and come up with approaches to shape up a more complete KEPTI. Results were obtained as follows: a) the correspondence between KEPTI and IRT were at 57.22%. b) Matrix Plot of Item Characteristic Curves indicated that 17 items on KEPTI should be revised in the future. c) this study hopefully will contribute to developing a beneficial KEPTI for the healthy society.
