대학생의 가족지지가 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향: 스트레스와 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Impact of Family Support on Smart phone Addiction of College Students: Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Stress and Self-Efficacy

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 가족지지가 스트레스와 자기효능감을 매개로 스마트폰 중독에 미치 는 구조적인 관계를 검증하고, 분석하는 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직접효과의 분석결과를 살펴보면, 가족지지는 스트레 스에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가족지지가 자기효능감에는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났으나, 가족지지가 스마트폰 중독에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 스 트레스가 자기효능감에 미치는 직접효과는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기효능감이 스 마트폰 중독에 미치는 직접효과는 부적으로 나타났으나, 스트레스는 스마트폰 중독에 직접적 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 간접효과의 분석결과를 살펴보면, 가족지지는 스트레스와 자기효능감을 경유하여 부적인 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 긍정적인 가족지지는 스트레스를 완화시키고, 자기효능감을 향상시킴으로써 스마트폰 중독을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 예측 할 수 있으며, 스마트폰 중독예방을 위한 가족지지 프로그램의 필요성을 시사한다.

This research aimed at verifying and analyzing structure relation with family support that influences college students’ smart phone addiction by the medium of stress and self-efficacy. In summary, as the result of analyzing direct effect of family support, family support appeared to have a negative effect on stress. Family support appeared to have an affirmative effect on self-efficacy, however family support did not display a direct effect on smart phone addiction. Direct effect of stress on self-efficacy displayed a negative effect. Direct effect of self-efficacy on smart phone addiction appeared negative, however stress displayed no direct effect on smart phone addiction. However, family support and stress which did not display a direct effect on smart phone addiction in verification of indirect effect displayed an indirect effect via self-efficacy. Stress displayed a negative effect on self-efficacy, and displayed an affirmative and direct effect on smart phone addiction. Based on the above research result, positive family support is predicted to prevent smart phone addiction by relieving stress and improving self-efficacy, and this research implies a necessity of family support program to prevent smart phone addiction.
