Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigation Nutrition status assessment use for MNA in Elderly community. Method: They were surveyed by interview using a closed-ended questionnaire. The survey was done from from Aug. to Sep.2004，two months. Results: The MNA score showed significant difference in : urban(t=-3,617,p= .000), protestant(t=3,568, p= .017), living along group(t=3,2367, p= .026), regular diet(t=3,2367, p= .026). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop Nutritional Status in community health promotion program.
