The course objective of comprehensive clerkship for senior students is to achieve the ability of actual patient care at their postgraduate practice situations. But there has been a great difficulty in implementation of the course mainly due to the lack of manpower, facilities, understanding objective, and measures for evaluation. So the ad hoc committee engaged in the planning, management, evaluation, and integration of the whole course in 1990 academic year and obtained good results. This is the report of the experiences of the committee.
