교사의 기질과 효능감이 교사와 남아 간 관계에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Teacher s Temperament and Efficacy on Teacher-Boy Relationship

본 연구의 목적은 교사의 기질과 교사 효능감이 교사-남아 관계에 미치는 영향력을 알아보 는 것이다. 경기도 소재 유치원에 근무하는 교사 76명과 3, 4, 5세반에 재학 중인 만 3~6세 남아 260명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그랜을 사용하여 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 교사-남아 관계에서 친밀감은 교사 의 기질과 통계적으로 유의미한 영향력은 없었으나, 교사 효능감 중 개인적 효능감이 친밀감 에 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사-남아 관계에서 갈등은 교사 기질의 의도적 통제와 외향성의 영향력이 나타났다. 마지막으로, 교사-남아 관계에서 의존성은 교사의 민감 성이 교사-남아 관계에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 교사의 기질과 효능감을 고려한 교사교육프로그램 이나 교사연수에서 다루어져 야 할 교육 내용에 대 해 제시하고 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teacher temperament and teacher s efficacy on teacher-boy relationship. The questionnaires were administered to 76 teachers who were working in Kindergarten in Gyeonggi-do and 260 boys aged 3~6 years. Data were analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, intimacy in teacher-boy relationship did not have statistically significant effect on teacher s temperament, but teacher efficacy had influence on intimacy. Second, conflict in teacher-boy relationship showed effortful of teacher s temperament and 뻐uence of extroversion. Lastly, the dependence on the teacher-boy relationship showed that the teacher s sensitivity affects negatively on the teacher-boy relationship. The implications of these finclings are discussed, expecially focusing on the ways to improve teacher training program.
