이 연구는 취업중심 진로집단상담 프로그램과 대학생의 진로태도 성숙도와의 관계를 설명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 예산군 소재 K대학의 학부과정 학생 중 진로집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 31명과 프로그램에 참여하지 않는 동일계열의 같은 학년인 비교집단 31명을 대상 선정하였다. 이 연구에 사용한 프로그램은 한국고용정보원의 CAP+(Career Assistance Program)를 K대학 학생들의 실정과 요구에 맞게 재구성한 프로그램을 사용하였다. 분석에 적용된 방법으로는 진로태도 성숙도와 하위요인 사전 검사와 사후 검사의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 크론바하 알파 계수를 이용하였으며, 일반적으로 크론바하 알파계수가 0.7 이상이면 신뢰도가 비교적 높은 것으로 보고 있다. 진로집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 대학생의 진로태도성숙도에 미치는 효과를 연구하여 분석하고, 대학생 진로태도 성숙도에 영향을 미치는 하위변인인 결정성, 준비성, 독립성, 목적성, 확신성이 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다
This study aimed to verify the effect of job-oriented career group counseling program on university students career attitude maturity. Selection was made for experimental group 31 students in Yesan-gun who participated in a career group counseling program and for comparative group 31 students in the same grade and same course who did not participate in the program, and an analysis was conducted before and after application of the program. For this study, CAP+ (Career Assistance Program) of the Korea Employment Information Service was reconstituted to satisfy actual situations and requirements of students at the K University. Statistical method used for the analysis calculated the average and a standard deviation of prior test and post test of career attitude maturity and sub-factors and then, an independent sample t-test was performed. Cronbach s Alpha coefficient was used in order to verify this. Following is conclusion drawn from the research result; First, career attitude maturity of students who participated in a career group counseling program was significantly higher than those who did not participate therein. Second, according to investigation of sub-variables influencing on career attitude maturity of students, it was found that such sub-variables as determination, preparedness, independence, finality, and confidence had statistical significance. Following is a suggestion based on the research result; First, it is expected to utilize this study as basic data for career guidance of university students. Second, it is expected for this study to show how respective activities of structured program used in this study make results and then, to be utilized as useful reference data for practical workers and researchers who participate in development and processing of career group counseling program. Third, it is required for subsequent studies to consider through which technique and process group leaders reached the session target per session and which relations they had with effect factors.
