오피니언마이닝 기법을 활용한 국내 창의교육의 공공의식과 사회적 영향분석

A Opinion-Mining Study on Public Consciousness and Social Effects of Creative Education

현재 전 세계적으로 창의교육이 이슈가 되고 있으며, 이를 기반으로 창의적 인재양성과 소프트웨어 교육이 크게 성장하고 있다. 국내에서도 정부의 정책방향에 있어서 세계 글로벌 시장의 흐름에 걸맞은 융합인재교육과 자유학기제를 도입하여 창의교육의 기반을 마련하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 지난 5년간 꾸준한 국가의 노력에도 불구하고 국내 창의교육의 성과를 검증할 수 있는 척도와 솔루션이 제시되고 있지 않다. 그러므로 본 논문은 기존의 설문법과 체크리스트를 통한 분석방법을 배제하고 정량적인 척도와 검증을 위해서 국내 온라인 매체를 대상으로 비정형 데이터를 활용하여 오피니언마이닝 분석을 수행하였다. 오피니언마이닝 분석을 통하여 현재 국내에서 수행하는 창의교육에 대한 국민의식과 사회적 영향분석을 통하여 차후 국내 교육정책의 방향성을 제시하였다.

The Creative education has become a global issue in recent years, and on that basis, the fostering of creative individuals and software education are developing immensely. The government of South Korea is setting a foundation for the Creative education by adopting the free semester policy and STEAM education in line with the trend of the global market. However, despite the country’s incessant efforts for the past five years, scales and solutions through which the effectiveness of the Creative education can be verified have not been suggested. Therefore, this study conducted an opinion mining analysis of South Korean online media by using semi-structured data for obtaining a quantitative scale and verification, not relying on the obsolete methods of analysis such as checklists and questionnaires. The directivity of educational policies which South Korea is not obliged but has the option to pursue is suggested through the opinion mining analysis of social impacts and public awareness of the current creative education.
