Strenghening the Capacity of Cultural Arts Required in Special Education–Empirical Validation and its Usefulness

연구목적: 이 연구는 특수교육에서 장애학생들에게 문화예술 역량을 강화하기 위한 목적에 따라 심리역량의 경험적 타당화와 그 유용성을 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 607명의 장애학생과 특수교육 교사를 대상으로 심리변인의 관련성과 영향력을 확인하기 위해 상관관계 분석과 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였고 확인적 요인분석을 통해 인지, 행위, 역량변인의 관련성을 확인하였다. 연구결과: 인지변인(감상인식, 역할인식, 참여인식)은 행위변인(체험, 동기)과 높은 관련성이 나타났고, 행위변인은 역량변인(문화적 역량, 예술적 역량)과 높은 영향력을 보여주었다. 또한 인지, 행위, 역량변인의 구조모형은 유의미한 관계구조의 결과를 도출하였다. 논의 및 결론: 이 연구는 장애학생들에게 문화예술 역량을 강화하기 위해 심리역량을 분석하여 문화예술역량 구조모형의 관련성과 영향력을 도출하였다. 이러한 결과는 장애학생들에게 문화 예술역량을 강화할 수 있는 심리적 토대를 구축하여 사고의 폭을 확장시켜 건강한 정신건강을 도모하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 더불어 사회를 이해하고 문화를 긍정적으로 향유하는 능력이 높아질 것으로 예상된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the empirical validation and usefulness of psychological competence in order to analyzed the purpose of strengthening cultural arts competence for students with disabilities in special education. Method: In this study, 607 students with disabilities and special education teachers were participated for correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to confirm the relationship and influence of psychological variables. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to confirm the relationship among cognitive, behavioral, and competency variables Results: Cognitive variables (perception, role perception, participation perception) were highly related to behavioral variables (experience, motivation), and behavioral variables showed a high influence on competence variables (cultural competence, artistic competence). Also, the structural model of cognition, behavior, and competency variables resulted in a meaningful relationship structure. Conclusion: This study derived the relevance and influence of the cultural arts competence structure model by analyzing the psychological competence in order to strengthen cultural arts competence for students with disabilities. These results will help students with disabilities to expend the scope of thinking and develop healthy mental health by expanding by establishing a psychological foundation to strengthen cultural arts competence. In addition, the ability to understand society and enjoy culture positively is expected to increase.
