남자 중학생의 성역할갈등과 진로장벽 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Career Decision Self-efficacy on the Relationship between Gender Role Conflicts and Career Barriers in Middle School boys

본 연구의 목적은 남자 중학생을 대상으로 성역할갈등과 진로장벽 간의 관계를 알아보고, 성역할갈등과 진로장벽 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감이 매개역할을 하는지 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 서울시 소재 남자 중학생 150명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인 간의 상관관계를 보면, 성역할갈등은 진로장벽과 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였고, 진로결정자기효능감과는 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 진로결정자기효능은 진로장벽과 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 성역할 갈등과 진로장벽 간의 관계를 진로결정자기효눙감이 매개하는지 확인하였다. 연구 결과 남자중학생의 진로결정자기효능감은 성역할갈등과 진로장벽 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 연구결과는 남자중학생의 진로선택과 진로결정을 돕기 위한 진로상담에서 진로장벽에 대한 인식을 낮추기 위한 방법으로 진로결정자기효능감을 향상시키는 상담전략이 필요함을 보여주고있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between gender role conflicts and career barriers among middle school boys, and to ensure whether in the relationship between gender role conflicts and career barriers, the Career Decision Self-efficacy felt plays a medium or not. The study finally analyzed the data of 150 middle school boys in Seoul. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, when we looked at the correlation between major variables, the gender role conflicts showed significant static correlation with the path barrier, and showed significant amulet correlation with the protelege sense. The path setter showed a significant amulet correlation with the path barrier. Second, it is confirmed that the relationship between gender roles conflicts and the barrier to the path is correlated with the direction maker, Gi-young. The study shows that the effects of the Career Decision Self-efficacy on the relationship between gender roles conflicts and career barriers are negatively influenced by the effects placed on middle school boys. The above findings call for counseling strategies to enhance the Career Decision Self-efficacy as a way to lower the perception of the barriers in career counseling that is intended to help middle school boys make career choices and make career decisions.
