재취업 교육생의 IT융합창업교육이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

Effect of IT Entrepreneurship Education on the Self-Efficacy in Re-Employment Trainees

최근 IT 기술과 다양한 분야의 융합을 통한 IT융합기술이 산업 전 분야에서 타나고 있다. 또한 교육 분야에서도 IT기술을 접목한 IT융합창업교육이 실시되고 있다. 이러한 IT융합기술은 컴퓨팅 사고력을 바탕으로 문제 해결 능력을 배양하여 IT창업교육의 효과를 높이고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 본 연구에서는 재취업 교육생의 IT융합창업교육이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 재취업 교육생 195명을 대상으로 2017년 5월 1일부터 2017년 7월 20일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 사전에 연구대상자에게 설문 취지와 작성방법을 충분히 설명하고 자기기입식 방법으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 재취업 교육생 IT융합창업교육은 하위요인 교육내용, 강사, 학습구성원이 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 교육시설은 자기효눙감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 재취업 교육생의 IT융합창업교육을 통해 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 IT창업관련 지원제도 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다

Recently, IT convergence technology has been emerging in all industrial fields through convergence of IT technology and various fields. In addition, IT convergence entrepreneurship education, which incorporates IT technology, is being implemented in the field of education. These IT convergence technologies are enhancing the problem solving ability based on computing thinking and the effect of IT entrepreneurship education. In this study, we try to analyze the effect of IT convergence entrepreneurship education on the self - efficacy of re - employment trainees. The subjects were 195 re - employment trainees from May 1, 2017 to July 20, 2017. The questionnaires were given to the subject in advance and the purpose of the questionnaire and the method of writing were fully explained and the self - filling method was used. Analysis conducted a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. As a result, it was found that IT convergence entrepreneurship education for reemployed students had a positive effect on self - efficacy of sub - factors education contents, lecturers, and learning members. However, education facilities did not have a significant effect on self - efficacy. The implication of this study is that it will be a basic data for providing support system for IT start - up that can improve self - efficacy through IT convergence entrepreneurship education for re - employment students
