간호대학생의 자아인식, 타인인식 및 의사소통능력이 대인관계에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Self-Awareness, Other-Awareness and Communication Ability of Nursing Student on Interpersonal Relation

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아인식, 타인인식 및 의사소통능력이 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 B시에 소재한 일개 간호대학교 4학년에 재학 중인 학생이며, 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 서면으로 동의한 자로 하였으며, 97부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료를 수집한 기간은 2016년 10월 1일에서 10월 30일까지이었다. 자료를 분석하는 방법은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 program을 이용하였으며, 빈도, 백분율, Pearson의 상관관계, 단계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대인관계는 의사소통능력과 양의 상관관계가 있으며, 의사소통능력과 자아인식이 대인관계에 21.7%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 이상과 같이 임상실습 현장에서 대상자의 불안과 긴장을 완화하기 위한 효과적인 간호중재를 하기 위해 간호대학생이 자신과 타인의 욕구를 인식할 수 있는 능력과 의사소통 및 대인관계의 다양한 문제를 인식하고 해결할 수 있는 능력이 필요하다는 것을 시사하고 있어 본 연구가 중요한 의의를 가지는 것으로 생각된다

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self awareness, other awareness, and communication ability of nursing students on interpersonal relation. Methods: The subjects of this study were nursing college students attending a 4th grade university in B city, For data collection 97 nursing students completed self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Self-awareness, other-awareness, communication ability and interpersonal relation of the participants showed moderate levels. There were significant positive correlations between interpersonal relation and communication ability (r=.42, p<.001). Communication ability and self-awareness were significant factors, which explained about 21.7% of the variance in interpersonal relation. Conclusion: These findings suggest that nursing students need to have the ability to recognize their own needs and their ability to recognize and solve various problems of communication and interpersonal relationships in an effective clinical nursing intervention to relieve anxiety and tension in the clinical practice field. So, this study is thought to have important significance.
