간호사들의 심폐소생술 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors influencing performance ability of CPR in Nurses

병원환경에서 심정지의 최초 목격자는 간호사들이 대부분이며 심폐소생술에 대한 지식과 태도를 갖추고 있어야 환자들에게 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 간호사들이 병원에서 응급상황에서 심폐소생술을 수행하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 면밀히 분석하여, 간호사들의 심폐소생술 수행능력을 강화시키는 교육을 개발하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 B시에 소재한 2곳의 종합병원에 근무하는 176명의 간호사들을 대상으로 간호 부서장들에게 본 연구에 대한 동의를 구한 뒤, 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의한 간호사들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 SPSS WIN 20.0을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 간호사들의 심폐소생술에 영향을 미치는 요인은 근무병동(β=.269), 심폐소생술 수행경험(β=-.334), 심폐소생술 수행자신감(β=-.299), 심폐소생술 태도(β=.166)인 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변인들은 심폐소생술 수행능력의 48.1%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 본다면 간호사들의 응급상황시 심폐소생술 수행역량을 강화하기 위해서는 심폐소생술 수행에 대한 자신감을 높이고 심폐소생술을 수행하는 것에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 정립하는 것이 필요하다. 그러므로 병원에서 근무하고 있는 병동의 환자 사례를 반영한 실무 위주의 심폐소생술 수행에 대한 시뮬레이션 위주의 반복 교육과 심폐소생술 수행 후 환자 결과에 대한 긍정적인 인식 전환 교육이 필요하다고 생각된다.

In the hospital setting, the first witnesses of cardiac arrest are mostly nurses and should be knowledgeable and attentive about cardiopulmonary resuscitation to assist patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the nurses performance of CPR in emergency situations in hospitals. Based on the results, I wanted to strengthen the ability of nurses to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The study was conducted with 176 hospital nurses in 2 hospitals located in Busan. The survey data were analyzed using with the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results of this study, the significant factors influencing performance ability of CPR were ward, CPR experience, CPR confidence, CPR attitude. Those factors explained about 48.1% of the variance. It is necessary to establish a positive attitude about performing CPR and increase CPR confidence. In order to enhance the ability of CPR to perform CPR in nurses emergency situations, it is necessary to increase confidence in CPR performance. It is necessary to recognize positively that performing CPR to patients helps to save lives of patients. Therefore, I think that it is necessary for the nurses to repeat the cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and to implement the cardiopulmonary resuscitation performance.
