멜라니 클라인의 관점에서 본 학교폭력 피해 아동의 모래상자치료 사례 연구

A case study of sandtray therapy for a child who is a school violence victim from Melanie Klein s point of view

본 연구는 클라인의 이론을 적용한 학교폭력 피해 아동의 모래상자 치료 사례 연구이다. 연구의 대상은 만11세 여아이며, 2017년 1월 16일~2017년 6월 11일까지 총18회기를 매주 1회 50분씩 진행 하였다. 대상아동의 모래상자치료 과정을 부분대상과 전체대상으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 부분대상의 편집 분열적 자리에서는 불안, 투사적 동일시, 분열로 구분하고 전체대상의 우울적 자리에서는 죄책감, 양가감정, 전체성으로 구분하여 분석하였다. “양들은 사람들이 만지면 무서워해요 잡아 먹힐까봐”“아기양이 매번 엄마만 따라다녀” 이는 잡아 먹힐까봐 라는 두려움과 엄마를 떠날 수 없는 의존에 따른 불안의 모습이 나타남을 볼 수 있다. 이는 상담 초기에 나타난 부분 대상의 모습으로 볼 수 있다. 또한 “아빠는 거의 언니편만 들어요. 아빠는 나를 거의 안 좋아 하는 거 같아서 엄마 곁에만 붙어있는 거예요”. 대상을 분열시키는 모습이 여러 회기에서 반복하여 나타났다. 전체대상에서 “심부름 하기 싫지만 원하는 거를 얻기 위해 심부름을 해요” 언니에 대한 양가감정의 모습은 전체성으로 가기 위한 내적 투쟁의 모습임을 볼 수 있다. “둘이만 붙어 있지 말고 여럿이 같이 놀자”와 “친구가 나한테 다가와 애교도 부리고 물어보기도 했어요”. 과도기적 과정으로 여러 회기를 거듭하면서 관계회복에 대한 대상통합의 모습을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구는 학교폭력 피해 아동의 모래상자치료 과정은 부분대상을 지나 전체대상으로의 긍정적 변화를 이루었다는 것에 의의를 둔다.

This study is a case study of sandtray therapy of a child who is a school violence victim applying Klein s theory. The subject of the study is an 11-year-old girl, The sandtray therapy, course was conducted from January 16, 2017 to June 11, 2017, for a total of 18 sessions once a week for 50 minutes. The sand tray therapy process of a target child was divided into partial object and whole object, and analyzed. The paranoid-schizoid position of a partial object was classified into anxiety, projective identification and split by analyzing, and the depressive partial of the whole object was classified into guilt, ambivalence, and totality by analyzing. The child mentioned things such as Sheep are afraid of people touching them in fear of being eaten. , and Baby sheep only follows around its mom . she appears to be anxious in fear of being eaten and out of dependence on her mother. This is seen as partial object type that appeared at the beginning of the consultation. Also it has been repeatedly shown over several sessions that the child tends to split the objects by saying things like Dad always sides with my sister. Dad doesn t seem to like me much at all, and that s why I am so attached to my mom. In whole object point of view, the child showed ambivalence feeling toward her sister as in Although I don t want to do chores, I still do it to get what I want. and it can be considered as an existence of inner conflict to gain totality. In addition, the child went through transitional process over several sessions by mentioning things like Let s not just stick between two of us, and let s play with others together and A friend came over to me to show affection and ask questions. and demonstrated improvements on target integration through the restoration of relations. Therefore, this study implies that the process of sandtray therapy of the victims of school violence has made a positive change to the whole object beyond the partial object.
