본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자의 직책별 직무 중요도와 난이도, 만족도 수준을 알아보고자 서울과 인천지역에 있는 지역아동센터 종사자 1538명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 지역아동센터 종사자가 하고 있는 업무를 제시하고, 각 업무의 중요도와 난이도, 업무와 근무 환경에 대한 만족도를 알아보았다. 그 결과 생활복지사는 센터장이나 아동복지교사보다 업무의 각 영역에 대해 중요도와 난이도를 높이 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 업무 관련 만족도에서는 아동복지교사의 만족이 높게 나타났고, 생활복지사와 센터장의 만족도는 낮게 나타났다. 지역아동센터 종사자의 직책별 업무의 중요도와 난이도, 만족도에 분명한 차이가 나타나므로, 실무자의 업무 분담과 구조적인 업무 흐름을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 찾고, 업무 수행의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 교육과 행정지원으로 직무 만족을 높이고, 근속년수를 높일 수 있는 대책을 마련이 필요할 것을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the importance, difficulty, and satisfaction level of job in local child center workers by using 1538 questionnaires of local children center in Seoul and Incheon area. We presented the tasks of local child center workers and examined the degree of importance and difficulty of each task, and satisfaction with work and working environment. As a result, it was found that the life welfare workers recognized the importance and difficulty of each area of ​​work more than the center director or the child welfare teacher. However, the satisfaction of the child welfare teachers was higher in the job satisfaction and the satisfaction of the life welfare center and the center director was lower. As the difference in the importance, difficulty, and satisfaction of the work of each local child center worker is obvious, it is necessary to find ways to improve the work sharing and structural work flow of the practitioner, And suggest that it is necessary to provide realistic measures that can serve.
