스트로크 중심 TA집단프로그램이 중학생의 대인관계능력 향상에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 스트로크 중심 TA집단프로그램을 실시하여 대인관계능력 향상의 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 TA이론 중 한 개념인 Steiner(2009)의 스트로크이론을 중심으로 프로그램을 구성하여 중학생의 대인관계적 상황에서 스트로크 체험활동과 훈련을 통해 대인관계에서 긍정적인 교류 방식을 향상시키고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 김해시 D중학교 3학년 28명을 대상으로 실험집단 14명, 비교집단 14명으로 구성하여 사전-사후검사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 Mann-Whitney U test 방법으로 검증을 하였으며, 효과성 검증을 위해 사전-사후 값의 변화는 Wilcoxon 순위검증을 실시하였다. 분석에 사용된 척도는 대인관계 척도였다. 분석결과 첫째, 스트로크 중심 TA집단프로그램이 중학생의 대인관계능력 향상시키는데 효과가 있다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 둘째, 대인관계능력 구성요소인 만족감, 의사소통, 신뢰감, 친근감, 민감성, 개방성, 이해성 능력을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 그리하여 본 연구는 스트로크 중심 TA집단프로그램이 원만한 대인관계능력 형성을 돕기 위한 중학생은 물론 지역아동센터나, 청소년 관련 지원기관과 상담실, 학교사회복지영역에 서 활용 가능성을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a stroke- centered TA group program on the improvement of the interpersonal skills of middle school students. The subjects in this study were 28 students who were in their third grade in a middle school in the city of Gimhae. The students who hoped to participate in this program were selected, and an experimental group and a control group were organized with 14 students each. As for experimental design, quasi-experimental design was utilized to serve the purpose of the study. The instrument used to test the effect of the experiment was Moon Sun-mo(1980)'s adapted version of Schleim and Guerney(1975)'s Interpersonal Change Scale. The program used in this study was prepared by this researcher, who is a TA counselor, under the guidance of a TA trainer based on Steiner(2009)'s stroke centered theory, which is the TA theory, to be appropriate at the level of middle school students, and related literature and earlier studies were consulted. The program was designed to help middle school students to engage in positive, unconditional hands-on stroke activities and training in various settings of interpersonal difficulties to foster positive transactional skills. The experimental group and the control group took a pretest before the program was conducted. And then the experimental group participated in the stroke-centered TA group program in 15 sessions during a five-week period, and the control group didn't. Both groups took a posttest after the program was provided. As for data analysis, Mann-Whitney U test was carried out to see if the experimental group and the control group would be equivalent in interpersonal skills before the experiment, and Wilcoxon's signed-ranks test was utilized to look for differences between the pretest and posttest scores to determine the effects of the program on interpersonal skills.
