최근 사회경제 분야의 급격한 변화는 심각한 청년실업 문제로 이어지고, 대학 역시 이러한 청년 취 업난을 인지하여 재학생의 진로탐색과 합리적 진로결정을 지원하기 위한 전략 마련에 고심하고 있 다. 이에 대학생의 진로결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 선행연구 결과로부터 지각된 사회 적지지와 자기효능감을 핵심 영향요인으로 선정하고 진로결정의 확고함을 대변하는 진로결정수준을 종속변인으로 상정하여 이들 간의 구조관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과를 기반으로 대학생의 진로결정 을 지원하는 효과적인 교육전략 수립을 제안하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 충청도 소재 A 대학과 경상도 소재 B 대학에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 592명의 자료를 수집하여 모형의 적합도와 변인들 간의 관계를 구조방정식으로 분석하였으며, 연구결과 지각된 사회적지지, 자기효능감, 진로결 정수준의 구조모형은 적합한 것으로 규명되었다. 변인 간의 직·간접 관계에 대한 분석결과, 지각된 사회적지지는 자기효능감과 진로결정수준에, 자기효능감은 진로결정수준에 각각 유의한 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 지각된 사회적지지는 자기효능감을 통해 진로결정수준에 유의한 간접 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로결정수준을 향상시키기 위해서 는 자기효능감과 지각된 사회적지지 향상을 고려한 통합적인 촉진전략과 지각된 사회적지지를 통해 자기효능감의 향상이 일어날 수 있는 사회적, 교육적 전략 고안과 실행의 필요성을 제안하고 있다.
Recent socioeconomic change and subsequent unemployment crisis among young people make college students' career search and decision difficult and the schools urgently seek ways and strategies to resolve this issue. This study chose perceived social support and self-efficacy based on the results of previous studies as the core factors that affect career decision of college students; and career decision level as the dependent variable that represents firmness of career decision, to identify the structural relationship which can be used to establish strategies to effectively support career decision of college students. Data was collected from 592 college students at University A in Chungcheondo and University B in Kyoungsando to analyze the relationship among the variables as well as appropriateness of the model; the structural model comprising perceived social support, self-efficacy and career decision level was identified appropriate. For direct effects among the variables, significant direct effect of perceived social support on self-efficacy, career decision level and self-efficacy on career decision level were identified. And perceived social support had significant indirect effect on career decision level through self-efficacy. To improve career decision level of college students based on the results of this study, integrated approach reflecting both self-efficacy and perceived social support is important, yet social and educational strategies that can improve self-efficacy through perceived social support are needed.
