전통문화교육 프로그램의 분석 및 대안 모색

Analysis of Traditional Culture Education Program and It s Alternatives in Jeonju City

본 연구에서는 전주시의 각종 기관에서 제공하는 전통문화교육 프로그램을 분석해보고, 이를 토대로 전통문화교육 프로그램의 대안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구결과 전주의 멋을 역사경관에서 체험할 수 있으나, 전주시의 주요역사경관에 대한 체험 교육이 부족하다. 전주시가 전통도시임은 역사경관에서 확인할 수 있다. 그러나 역사경관을 체험할 수 있는 교육기회가 매우 적다. 다음으로 전주의 전통문화교육 프로그램이 맛, 멋과 소리가 개별적으로 운영되고 있다. 즉, 이 세 전통문화요소가 유기적으로 결합된 프로그램이 운영되지 못하고 있다. 그리고 전주시가 조선 왕조 탄생도시라는 점을 강조하지만, 이를 체험할 수 있는 문화 프로그램이 부족하다. 그리고 전주의 근대문화 교육프로그램이 부족하다. 전주의 근대문화로는 카톨릭 성지 문화, 전봉준 장군을 위시한 동학농민군의 전주성 입성, 근대영화의 본산임을 보여주는 교육프로그램이 요구된다. 본 연구를 통해서 볼 때, 전주시 전통문화교육 프로그램이 더욱 풍요롭게 정교화되기 위해서는 유의할 점을 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 전통문화교육기관간의 역할분담이 필요하다. 둘째, 맛의 체험 프로그램을 비빔밥 중심에서 벗어나 전주의 정체성을 보여줄 수 있는 다양한 음식 프로그램으로 확대시키고 정교화할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 소리 체험의 장과 소리를 담고 체험할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램이 필요하다. 넷째, 전주의 맛과 멋과 소리를 묶어서 체험할 프로그램을 제공할 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 전주의 왕조 문화를 체험할 수 있는 프로그램을 제공할 필요가 있다. 여섯째, 전주의 독특한 근대 문화를 체험할 수 있는 프로그램의 제공이 필요하다. 일곱째, 전주의 전통문화교육을 학교교육과 연계시킬 필요가 있다.

In this study, I analyzed traditional culture education program(TCEP) in Jeonju City, and suggested it s alternatives. And this study results are following. First, the major institutes of its education are culture institutes. And while culture institutes manage the education programs periodically and ordinarily, museums offer events programs for traditional culture education. It will be necessary to take sharing among traditional culture education institutes. Second, most of TCEP is focused on jeonju s zest. Relatively Jeonju s food and sound is little focused in TCEP. But Most people of jeonju and other regions cognize Jeonju s major culture as food and sound. So also TCEP will be more focused on food and sound cultures of Jeonju. Third, there are few experience education programs for Jeonju s historical landscape and royal city. And Jeonju s TCEP of zest, food and sound is offered separately. So to reenforce Jeonju s image on traditional culture, these programs will be wedded. Last, jeonju has many modern cultures, the catholic sacred land culture, revolution culture of Chosun Dynasty, and hometown of modern films. But there are few programs for modern culture in Jeonju. So, I think, modern culture and royal culture programs will be developed and offered more.
