전문계 고등학생이 지각한 교사의 서번트 리더십이 자기효능감 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

Analysis on the Impact of Teacher s Servant Leadership in Vocational High School Students on Self-efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

본 연구는 전문계 고등학생들의 학교생활 만족도를 향상하기 위한 한 방안으로 교사의 서번트 리더십이 자기효능감과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 서번트 리더십은 구성원들에 대한 존중과 배려, 헌신의 리더십으로 서번트 리더십의 교육적 효과는, 학생들의 자기효능감을 높이고 조직시민행동을 유발할 수 있다는 것이다. 만일 교사의 서번트 리더십이 자기효능감과 조직시민행동 유발에 긍정적 영향을 준다면 교사의 서번트 리더십 발휘는 전문계 고등학생들의 학교만족도를 향상시키는 한 방안이 될 수 있다. 분석결과, 학생들이 지각한 교사의 서번트 리더십은 자기효능감과 조직시민행동에, 자기효능감 역시 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 과정에서 자기효능감의 매개변인으로서의 역할도 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과 다음의 결론을 제시하였다. 첫째, 교사의 서번트 리더십은 전문계 고등학생의 학교만족도를 높이는 주요 요인이 됨을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 교사의 학급경영자로서의 리더십에 대한 인식의 전환이 필요하다. 셋째, 교사가 서번트 리더십을 발휘할 수 있도록 교사의 리더십 능력 향상을 위한 연수와 교육프로그램의 지원이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to analgize the impact of teacher s servant leadership on self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) of vocational high school students. Vocational high school students school satisfaction is lower than general high school student because of different evaluation according to high school track. Educational effect of OCB can offer the positive impact on self-efficacy and organizational citizenship. To improve vocational high school students school satisfaction, the most important is emotional support. Therefore, teacher s servant leadership may be important factor to improve vocational high school students school satisfaction. The study results showed that teacher s servant leadership have positive impact on self-efficacy and organizational citizenship. Also, self-efficacy have positive impact on OCB. So, it is need to analgize the effectiveness as mediating variable of self-efficacy when teacher s servant leadership influences organizational citizenship behavior. The conclusions drawn from the study were as follows: First, teacher s servant leadership is a important factor that positive impact on vocational high school students school satisfaction. Second, it is need to take concern on teacher s leadership for a class manager. Third, education programs should be offer in order to improve teacher s leadership. And educational environment encouraging teacher servant leadership should be stabilized.
