유치원과 초등학교 연계 교육 방안 모색

A Study about Plan for Continuity between Kindergarten and Elementary

본 연구는 유치원과 초등학교의 연계 교육을 위한 현실적인 방안을 모색해 보는데 의의를 두고 있다. 따라서 유치원과 초등학교의 연계교육의 개념 및 필요성, 현재 연계가 이루어지지 않고 있는 문제점과 해결방안에 대해 관련 문헌들을 고찰함으로써 유치원과 초등학교 연계운영을 위한 해결 방안이 무엇보다도 교사들의 변화이며, 교사들의 자발적인 참여에 의한 상호 이해와 교류임을 밝히고, 더욱더 실질적인 실현 가능성을 모색하려 하였다.

The Purpose of this study was to seek ways to activate continuity between Kindergarten and Elementary School, accordingly concept and need of continuity between Kindergarten and Elementary School, and trouble of continuity operation investigated through related literature. As a result, actual condition of continuity between Kindergarten and Elementary School was that a change of teacher and reciprocal understanding and interchange of spontaneously participation.
