The core reason for the education of teachers colleges is in the professionalism of curriculum that contributes to the advancement of teaching ability. Nevertheless, the current teacher training curriculum is more focused on the subject matter and is mired in contradictions and paradoxes that undermine its identity. To overcome this problem, it is inevitable to shift fundamental perceptions about the goals and intentions of the teacher training process and to overhaul the teacher training process to further expand teaching capacity. This study sought to devise measures to improve the curriculum and special activities theoretically based on meta-education focusing on teaching ability. The curriculum for teacher training was divided into liberal arts, major, and academic subjects and looked at the composition and application of programs to enhance teaching abilities. The special activities were divided into seven programs to reinforce the mock class competition, dormitory programs, circle activities, student-led lectures, educational contribution activities, school administration practice, and program for helping those who fail the teacher employment exam.
