Study on the Analysis of Physical Director understanding of the sport instructor system

The purpose of this study was to investigate physical director understanding regarding to the sport instructor system in elementary school. 56 teachers from elementary schools in Y city participated in the survey and the following results were obtained through the analysis of the survey data. Novice teachers and teachers with experience in department were more satisfied with the sport instructor system and considered the necessity of the system more importantly than experienced teachers and teachers without experience in department. Sport instructors have the professional knowledge and practical skills of elementary physical education. They have a passion for teaching and they interact with students very actively. Therefore, utilizing sport instructors in the physical education class can reduce the lesson load of homeroom teachers as well as improve the learning ability of students.
