A Practical English Program Development of National University of Education

This research is to develop a practical English program of national university of education by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology(MEST) for improving our reserve teachers` expertise of how to teach students with confidence. Above all, almost all the teachers lack of their confidence toward English before they get their own expertise. In this respect, the student as a reserve teacher at national university of education needs to experience in ESL situation. Of course, this kind of program requires budget for them to go abroad and this is absolutely kind of investment for them for our future education. If we want to handle with the foreign language very well we need authentic contents about it. Not just linguistic education in the classroom only but activity with real things! Authentic experience makes them get real contents to build their knowledge of English language, people, and culture. We need more and more authentic approach in language education, not just school grammar or within limited situation.
