The purpose of this research is to review the recent papers about need on parents education for career counseling of science talented students. The results of this review paper are as follows. Science talented students do career counseling mostly with their parents. Parents education for career counseling of science talented students are needed systematically and continuously. Parents education programs for career counseling of their science talented children are not usual in Korea. Most Korean science talented education centers have parents education classes once a year except Gongju University and Incheon University. Korean parents education are organized without reflecting parents` needs on their children`s career counseling. But Vanderbilt University and Perdue University in USA have parents education programs for science talented students, which are scheduled eight times a year at Parent Support Groups, Vanderbilt University and at Parents Classes, Gifted Education Resource Institute, Perdue University.
