This Literature review provides an analysis of relevant experiential environmental education study in school. A total of 119 researches reported were analyzed to provide basic contents for experientialenvironmental education. The subject of this study is master``s thesis, doctor``s dissertations, and journal articles. The following seven findings are the results of this study: ⑴ Experimental study was mostly used as research methods, case study, developmental study, and qualitative study should be studied more. ⑵ Elementary school students were studied most as the subject of study. So, preschooler, the physically handicapped, the aged should be studied more in future research. ⑶ The field of recognition and attitude were studied most as the field of study, so variable field should be studied to carry out systematic experiential environmental education. ⑷ Studies was performed to deal with environment mostly, however other field should be studied more. ⑸ Recognition and attitude were emphasized most, but recently behavior and participation are more emphasized. It means that experiential environmental education was more paid attention. ⑹ More study should be performed through doctor``s dissertations, and journal articles to improve experiential environmental education qualitatively and quantitatively.
