This study reviews the career development of students in multicultural families as they have been revealed in research undertaken in Korea. Firstly, the definition and characteristics of students in multicultural families in Korea and the current discussions in US on the issues related multicultural career development and counseling was reviewed. Secondly, the literature search with key words were undertaken. The literature searching process revealed the appearance of research from the year 2010 and the lack of research in area of career development of Korean students in multicultural families. With the searched studies content analysis was conducted and they were the empirical examinations of variables related career developments, the career development programs, and so on. Lastly discussion is focused on the meaning of these findings and the suggestions for the further studies.
