최근 글로벌 창의인재 육성 및 창의적 리더로서의 역량 함양에 대한 사회적 요구가 높아짐에 따라 각 대학에서는 대학생의 창의적 역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 대학발전전략을 수립하고, 새로운 교육형태 구안 및 커리큘럼 개선에 대한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창의성 및 창의적 리더십 향상을 위해 효과적이면서도 최근에 직면하고 있는 대학의 현황을 감안하여 운영의 효율성을 고려한 온라인 창의수업의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 전국의 여러 대학이 교육 컨소시엄을 구성하여 운영하는 한국 대학가상교육연합(KCU)의 온라인 창의수업에 참여한 381명의 대학생을 대상으로 단일집단 사전-사후 실험설계를 통한 실험연구를 실시하였고, 사전 및 사후검사로서 창의성 검사(이경화, 2014) 및 창의적 리더십 검사 (이경화, 박춘성, 2014)로 수업효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 설정하여 확인하고자 한 연구 문제는 첫째, 온라인 창의수업은 대학생의 창의성 및 창의적 리더십 향상에 효과적인지, 둘째, 대학생의 배경변인(성, 학년, 전공)에 따라 창의성 및 창의적 리더십 향상에 미치는 효과에 차이가 있는지, 셋째, 대학생의 개인 특성(성취점수 및 사전 창의성)에 따라 창의성 및 창의적 리더십 향상에 미치는 효과에 차이가 있는지를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 온라인 창의수업은 대학생의 창의성 및 창의적 리더십 향상에 효과적이었으며, 대학생의 배경변인과 개인 특성에 따라 수업효과가 차별적으로 발생하였다. 따라서 각 대학에서 오프라인 창의수업을 개발하기에 어려움을 겪고 있는 현황 속에서 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 창의성과 창의적 리더십을 향상시키기 위한 수업의 한 방안으로서 온라인 창의수업의 효과가 있음을 확인하였고, 이를 활용할 수 있는 발전적 전략을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있겠다.
According to the increased social demand for development of university students to become global creative leaders, much effort has been put into establishing strategies for university development, new types of education and enhanced curriculums. This study was conducted to suggest effective online creativity class to promote creativity and creative leadership of university students. It was an experimental research with one-group pretest-posttest design where the integrated creativity test(Kyung-hwa Lee, 2014) and the creative leadership test(Kyung-hwa Lee, Choon-sung Park, 2014) were applied to 381 students of Korea Consortium of Universities online(KCU). This study intended to identify the effects of online creativity class on improving creativity and creative leadership. The results were as follows: firstly, the effects of online creativity class on improving creativity and creative leadership were identified, secondly, various effects of online creativity class by personal background variables and characters were shown. Therefore, this study is significant in that developmental strategies presented by this study can be widely used for online creativity classes to foster creative competency of university students.
