Development and Validation of CK Satisfaction Scale

본 연구는 대학 특성화사업과 학생 만족도에 대한 구성 요인을 탐색하고 만족도의 수준을 파악할 수 있는 척도의 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 특성화 프로그램에 참여한 학생을 대상으로 문항을 제작하고, 예비조사와 전문가 검토를 거쳐 최종적으로 비전과 목표, 교수활동, 교육과정, 교육시설 및 환경, 행정서비스, 특성화사업 성과의 6개 요인, 총 42개 문항을 개발하였다. 본조사는 K대학의 895명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 검사도구의 신뢰도, 타당도, 문항적합도를 분석하였다. 구조방정식모형을 이용한 확인적 요인분석 결과 개발된 문항은 대학 특성화사업 학생 만족도를 측정하기에 타당한 것으로 나타났으며 신뢰도 역시 높게 나타났다. 또한 Rasch 모형에 의한 문항 분석 결과 내·외적합도가 모두 적합하여, 설문 문항이 학생 만족도를 측정하기에 전반적으로 양호한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a set of questionnaire items to measure student satisfaction for the university of Creative Korea (CK) programs. For this purpose, a questionnaire was developed for the students who had participated in CK programs. The developed 42 items measuring six factors were then reviewed, pilot-tested, and confirmed. The six factors were vision and goals, teaching activity, curriculum, educational facilities and environment, administrative service, and specification project outcome. The survey was conducted on 897 students at K university, and was analyzed for reliability and validity. The results of confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation modeling indicated that these items were valid indicators of student satisfaction. In addition, the results of item fit analysis by the Rasch model showed that all items had appropriate Mnsq values. Therefore, the items of the scale were found to provide a core set of questions to measure student satisfaction for CK programs.
