플립드 러닝을 활용한 수업에 관한 예비교사들의 인식 분석

Analysis of Pre-service Teachers’ Perceptions about Instruction Using Flipped Learning

본 연구의 목적은 4년제 대학 교직 수업에서 플립드 러닝의 수업 설계 모형을 활용하고 이에 참여한 예비교사들을 대상으로 인식을 조사하고 분석함으로써 플립드 러닝의 보다 성공적인 운영을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비교사들은 플립드 러닝의 교육적 효과에 대해 어떻게 인식하는가. 둘째, 예비교사들은 플립드 러닝에 참여하면서 어떠한 어려움을 겪는가. 셋째, 예비교사들은 플립드 러닝의 성공적 운영을 위해 어떠한 개선 방안을 요구하는가. 연구 방법으로는 수업에서 플립드 러닝의 방식을 운영하고, 이에 관한 학생들의 반응을 개방형 질문지에 서술하도록 하여 그 내용을 분석하였다. 수업은 동영상을 활용한 사전학습, 수업 중 활동, 사후학습의 흐름을 진행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 플립드 러닝의 성공적 활용을 위한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 플립드 러닝은 학생의 적극적 참여를 이끌어내기 위해 더욱 체계화된 교수 설계가 필요하다. 둘째, 학습에 대한 흥미와 이해도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 사전학습 자료와 심화학습 자료를 제공할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 온라인을 활용한 동영상 시청이 가능한 시스템을 안정화할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to derive implications for more successful operation of flipped learning by examining and analyzing the awareness of pre - service teachers who participated in classes using flipped learning. The research problems were as follows. First, how pre-service teachers perceive the educational effects of flipped learning. Second, what difficulties do pre-service teachers have in participating in classes using flipped learning? Third, what kind of improvements do pre-service teachers need for more successful operation of flipped learning? This study was conducted by using the flipped learning method in class and analyzing the contents of the students responses on the open questionnaire. The implications for more successful application of the flipped learning derived from this study are as follows. First, flipped learning requires more systematic instructional design in order to lead active participation of students. Second, it is necessary to provide a variety of prior learning materials and deepening learning materials that can enhance interest and understanding of learning. Third, it is necessary to stabilize the system that can watch video using online.
