인성실천도에 영향을 미치는 생태체계 변인 구조분석

본 연구는 대학생의 인성실천도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 생태학적 관점에서 종합적으로 탐색하여 각 변인들의 상대적 영향력을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생의 인성실천도에 영향을 미치는 생태체계 변인들을 유기체 변인, 미시체계 변인으로 나누어서 각 변인들의 영향을 살펴보았으며, 미시체계 변인은 가정환경체계 변인, 학교환경체계 변인, 사회환경체계 변인으로 구분하였다. 연구대상은 대학에서 인성관련 수업 수강 경험이 있는 국내 4년제 재학생 500명이었으며, 연구대상에 적합하지 않은 15명의 설문지는 제외하고 485부를 분석에 사용하였다. 주요결과를 보면 인성중요도, 사회환경체계, 학교환경체계, 가정환경체계 순으로 인성실천도에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 가정환경 체계, 사회환경체계가 간접 및 총 효과가 유의하였다. 또한, 가정환경체계에서 부모의 양육태도 중 애정이, 학교환경체계에서는 학교 수업참여정도와 교수의 정서적 지지가, 사회환경체계에서는 친구의 정서적 지지와 사회관계망에서의 지지가 대학생의 인성실천도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relative influence of each variable by exploring the variables affecting the degree of humanity practice of college students from an ecological point of view. For this, we examined the influence of each variables by dividing the ecological system variables that affect the degree of personality practice of college students into the organism variables and micro system variables. The micro system variables were family environment system variable, school environment system variable, Respectively. The subjects of this study were 500 students who had 4 years experience in humanity related classes in college. 485 copies were used for analysis except for 15 questionnaires which were not suitable for the study. The main results showed that humanity importance, social environment system, school environment system, and home environment system had significant effects on personality performance. Indirect and total effect of home environment system and social environment system were significant. In addition, in the home environment system, parental parenting attitude, school environment system participation and teacher s emotional support, social environment system, friends emotional support and support in social network are the students Which is a significant influence.
