현장실습생의 근로안전권에 관한 연구

A Study on the Safety Rights of Students on On-the-Job Trainees

본 연구는 현장실습생의 권리보호에 대한 사회적 요구가 높아지고 있는 현 시점에서, 현장실습생의 안전한 근로참여를 위한 개선방안 및 실습교육의 질적 향상을 위한 대안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 첫째, 국내 현장실습 청소년의 근로안전 현황을 살펴보고, 둘째, 청소년 근로와 현장실습과 관련한 국내와 해외 사례를 법과 제도 중심으로 소개하였고, 셋째, 국내 청소년 근로와 현장실습 관련 제도 및 정책을 검토하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과 현장실습에서의 청소년의 안전권 보호를 위한 방안으로 첫째, 청소년 근로안전권에 대한 명확한 개념 정립, 둘째, 현장실습 가이드라인 제시, 셋째, 현장실습 지원체제 및 기업 인프라구축, 넷째, 안전교육실시 의무화 규정 마련, 다섯째, 실습 매뉴얼 보급 제작, 여섯째, 청소년 근로 안전에 대한 시민의식을 함양을 위한 노력을 제안하였다.

This study is aimed at finding ways to improve the safety of Students on On-the-Job Trainees and improve the quality of practical education at a time when social demands for the protection of rights of field trainees are growing. To that end, first of all, we examined the working safety status of the nation s field-trained youth. Second, domestic and overseas cases related to youth work and field practice were introduced based on law and system. Third, the system and policies related to youth work and field practice in Korea were reviewed to derive implications. Based on this, it proposed establishing a clear concept for the labor safety rights of young people, Presenting guidelines for field practice, Construction of On-site Practical Support System and Corporate Infrastructure, Preparation of mandatory safety education, Production of dissemination of practical manuals and Efforts to foster a sense of citizenship about youth work safety.
