비교음악학적 방법론의 지위와 의미론에 관한 재고찰

The aim of this short article is to stimulate reflexive dialogues on the issue of world music education in the context of school education in Korea. Article begins with a brief history of world music education with a critical perspective in order to discuss the present and the future to come. In procedure of theoritical explanation, rethinking of the status and semantics (or even ethno semantics) of the comparative musicology (which used to be explained as an abandoned methodology since 1950 s) is being suggested upon the explanation of the technical definition of ethnology and anthropology.
