서울유아교육진흥원의 학부모 연수 운영방법 개선을 위한 수강생의 만족도 조사

Surveys on the satisfaction level of the parents for the management improvement of the parent-training program at Seoul Early Childhood Education and Promotion Center

본 연구의 목적은 서울유아교육진흥원 학부모 연수에 대한 홍보방법, 신청방법, 주제 선정, 강사 선정, 환경구성, 운영체제 등 운영방법에 대한 만족도를 알아봄으로써 서울유아교육진흥원의 학부모교육기관으로서의 역할을 재정립할 뿐 아니라 앞으로의 학부모 연수 운영을 위한 적절한 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 돕는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울유아교육진흥원의 학부모 연수를 수강한 239명의 학부모를 대상으로 학부모 연수 만족도 설문조사를 사용하였다. 연구결과, 학부모 연수에 대한 홍보방법, 신청방법, 주제선정, 강사 선정, 환경구성, 운영 체제 등 운영방법에 대한 종합 이용 만족도는 높으나 접근경로의 단일화, 강사 선정 요소에 대한 점검, 강의실 환경의 불편에 대한 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 추후 서울유아교육진흥원의 학부모교육 프로그램 운영을 계획할 때 접근경로 및 강사 선정, 강의실 환경에 대한 고려가 더욱 필요하다는 시사점을 제공한다.

The aim of this study is to re-establish a role of parent-teacher educational institution and to provide suggestions for Seoul Early Childhood Education and Promotion Center parent-training program on the basis of level of satisfaction with regard to advertisement, application, topic selection, choice of lecturer, environment, management system, etc. This study was conducted with 239 parents who were participated in the parent-training program. In contrast to high satisfaction levels of all the other components in parent-training program, it was necessary to improve for a one way application, lecturer selection criteria, classroom environment. This study suggests that it is necessary to apply the results of the study when planning parent-training programs later.
