자유학기제 ‘공감 두드림, 동물의 왕국’ 체험 활동에 나타난 중학생의 수(數) 상징체계 연구

Analysis of Number Symbolic Systems for Awareness of Others on the experiences of Middle school students in the free Learning Semester

본 연구는 자유학기제 공감두드림, 동물의 왕국 체험활동에 참여한 중학교 1학년에서 3학년에 재학 중인 161명의 학생들이 표현한 동물의 왕국과 동물의 왕국 이야기를 인형진단평가 매뉴얼에 따라 수(數) 상징체계를 통해 살펴보았다. 청소년이 동물의 왕국을 통해 경험한 타인인식을 중심으로 자기와 타인 그리고 세상을 보는 시각과 그 특성을 알아보고자 한다. 연구결과 연구참여자 161명 중 76명(47.2%)의 학생들이 수 1의 상징체계로 나타났으며 65명(40.3%)의 학생들이 타인인식에 대한 수(數)의 상징체계 2로 나타났다. 12명(7.5%)만이 수 3의 동물상징체계와 8명(5%)만이 수 4의 동물상징체계로 나타났다. 동물의 왕국을 통해 살펴본 연구참여자들의 수 상징체계 1, 2, 3, 4에서 부정적 혹은 긍정적 의미체계의 특성으로 해석할 수 있으며, 특히 정서적 상호작용 및 사회적 상호작용과 밀접한 연관이 있음을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 청소년기 동안에 획득해야 하는 중요한 발달과업으로 자기와 타인인식 그리고 세상으로 보는 긍정적 시각의 발달은 청소년들의 건강한 관계형성 능력을 키우는데 매우 중요한데 입시경쟁 사회 속에서 과도하게 경쟁하거나 타인과의 관계를 회피하는 태도를 갖고 있는 청소년이 많은 것으로 나타났따. 이는 또래관계의 어려움으로 이어지거나 학교부적응 및 사회부적응의 원인이 될 수있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 토대로 청소년기 긍정적 타인인식의 경험을 갖도록 돕기 위해 예방적 차원의 인형진단평가를 활용이 중요하다고 본다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the number symbolic systems of awareness of others on the experiences of middle school students in the free learning semester. The subjects of this study were 8 middle school(161 students). This study was to interpreted in the story of the kingdom of animals according to the humanoid diagnostic evaluation manual. The study found that 76(47.2%) out of 161 students in the study have a symbol system of the number 1, and 65(40.3%) students have a symbol system of the number 2 on the awareness of others. 12 students(7.5%) have an animal symbol system of number 3 and 8 students(5%) haver an animal symbol system of number 4. In conclusion can be interpreted as this characteristic in a book of negative or positive meanings of animal symbol system according to the humanoid diagnostic evaluation manual. It was particularly relevant to emotional and social interactions.
