장애학생의 다양한 일자리 확대를 위한 탐색연구

An Exploratory Study on the Expansion of Various Occupational Alternatives for Student with Disabilities

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애학생의 다양한 일자리를 지원하기 위한 실천적 제도적 노력을 탐구하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구방법: 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 장애학생의 취업지원을 위한 현행 제도를 살펴보고 장애학생의 취업에 대한 교사와 학부모의 인식 및 요구도 파악 등을 설문조사를 통하여 확인하였다. 결과 및 논의: 장애학생의 취업 지원을 위해 가장 많이 확대되기를 희망하는 기관은 한국장애인고용공단으로 나타났다. 가장 희망하는 취업처로는 장애인일자리와 직업재활시설이었다. 연구결과를 토대로 장애학생의 다양한 일자리 확대를 위한 학교와 관련기관들 간 역할과 네트워크 구축에 대하여 제안하였다. 장애학생의 일자리를 확대하기 위하여 적극적이고 지속적인 추후 연구와 함께 구체적이고 실질적인 임상 활동이 더욱 활발히 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore practical and institutional efforts to support diverse jobs for students with disabilities. Method: First, the current employment support system for students with disabilities in Korea was examined. Also the awareness levels of parents and teachers needs for promoting employment opportunities toward this support system were explored through survey questionnaires. Results and Conclusion: The most desirable institution for employment of students with disabilities was Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled(KEAD). And the most desirable jobs were welfare job(Bokji-ilzari) and vocational rehabilitation facilities. Based on the results of the research, I proposed the role and network construction between the school and the related organizations to expand the various jobs of the students with disabilities. In order to expand the employment of students with disabilities, concrete and substantive clinical activities should be actively pursued along with active and continuous follow-up research.
