에르스킨의 수퍼바이지의 전문성 발달을 위한 교류분석 수퍼비전 모델에 대한 고찰

A Study on the Transactional Analysis Supervision Model for the Professional Development of Erskine’s Supervisee

본 연구는 TA학자인 에르스킨이 제안한 수퍼바이지의 전문성 발달에 따른 수퍼비전 모델을 고찰하여 TA수퍼바이지의 전문성 발달단계별 체계적인 수퍼비전을 제공하고자 하였다. 1단계인 초급단계 수퍼비전의 초점은 상담기술의 개발과 자신감 구축에 초첨을 둔다. 이 단계는 정교한 관찰 및 조직화 기술 등 전문성 습득을 위한 상담기술관련 정보를 제공하는 단계이다. 또한 긍정적인 피드백과 건설적인 조언을 끊임없이 해주면서 자신감을 증진시킬 수 있도록 격려하고 지지하며 조력해 주는 단계이다. 2단계인 중급단계 수퍼비전의 초점은 정체성 확립, 상담접근 방법의 개선 및 미해결 문제 치료에 초점을 둔다. 이 단계는 수퍼바이지가 상담이론에 근거한 상담개입 방안을 개발시키는 단계이다. 특히 수련일지는 자기반성과 자기인식 정도를 높여주며, 대안적 개입방안을 탐색하는 사고능력을 촉진시킴으로서 수퍼바이지의 자신감과 유능감을 증진시킨다. 3단계인 고급단계 수퍼비전의 초점은 다양한 상담이론들에 근거하여 하나의 통합적인 틀 내에서 전문능력 개발, 상담계획 수립 및 상담평가에 초점을 둔다. 이 단계는 수퍼바이지가 자신의 상담이론에 대한 틀을 개발하여 내담자 관찰 및 상담가설에 근거하여 여러 가지 상담계획을 선택할 수 있는 단계이다. 마지막으로 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 향후 연구방향과 시사점을 제언하였다.

This study was designed to provide a systematic supervision of TA supervisee s professional development stages by considering the supervision model proposed by TA scholar Erskin. The first phase of the supervision focuses on the development of counseling skills and building confidence. This step provides information about counseling techniques for acquiring expertise, such as sophisticated observation and organization skills. It is also a step to encourage, support and assist in improving confidence while continuously giving positive feedback and constructive advice. The focus of the second phase of the intermediate-level Supervision is on establishing identity, improving the approach to counselling and therapy unresolved issues. This is the stage where supervisee develops a counselling intervention plan based on the theory of counseling. In particular, the journal enhances self-reflection and self-awareness, and promotes the ability to think about alternative interventions, thereby enhancing the confidence and competence of supervisee. The focus of the three-step advanced supervision focuses on professional skills development, counselling planning, and counselling evaluation within a single integrated framework based on various counseling theories. This is a step in which the supervisor can develop a framework for his or her theory of counseling and select various counseling plans based on the client observation and hypothesis of counselling. Finally, based on these analyses, future research directions and implications were suggested.
