특수학교를 위한 학교차원의 긍정적 행동지원에 관한 문헌연구

Literature Review of Studies on School-wide Positive Behavior Support for Special Education School

본 연구의 목적은 특수학교를 위한 학교차원의 긍정적 행동지원에 대한 국내 선행연구를 고찰하여 연구의 동향과 내용적 방법적 특징을 분석한 후, 향후 특수학교에서 실행되는 학교차원의 긍정적 행동지원에 관한 제언을 도출하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 학술저널 데이터베이스를 이용해 ‘긍정적 행동지원’과 ‘특수학교’의 검색 키워드로 2007년부터 2018년까지 발표된 국내 학술지 게재논문을 검색하였다. 분석대상 연구를 선정하기 위해 포함조건과 제외요건을 적용하였고 최종적으로 10개의 연구가 분석대상논문으로 확정되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 특수학교 차원의 긍정적 행동지원에 관한 연구의 동향을 살펴본 결과, 일반학교 차원의 긍정적 행동지원 연구에 비해 양적으로 부족하였다. 둘째, 일반적 특징을 살펴보면, 10편의 논문 중 비중재 논문 3편, 중재논문 4편, 문헌연구 3편으로 분류해볼 수 있으며, 이들 연구에서는 모두 국외 특수교육 현장과 국내 현장은 다르기 때문에 특수학교에서 실행된 학교차원의 긍정적 행동지원 연구에서 도출된 차별화된 결과가 더욱 유의미한 제언을 해줄 것이라 분석하였다. 셋째, 질적지표(Gersten et al., 2005; Brantlinger et al., 2005)를 통해 분석대상 연구를 살펴본 결과, 7편의 연구가 질적지표에 의해 분석이 가능했고, 모두 증거기반실제를 평가하기 위한 근거를 제공하기에 충분한 연구들인 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 논의와 함께 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 밝혔다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of the study and the methodological characteristics of the study in Korea by examining the domestic prior researches that implemented the school-wide positive behavior support for special education school. To do this, the research published in domestic journals from 2007 to 2018 through ‘Positive Behavior Support’ and ‘Special Education School’ using the academic journal database system were searched. After applying the inclusion conditions and exclusion requirements, finally, 10 studies were confirmed as the articles to be analyzed. The results of the study are as follows: First, the trends of research on school-wide positive behavior support for special education school were found to be inadequate compared with the school-wide positive behavior support research for general education school. Second, in terms of general characteristics, it can be categorized into 3 nonintervention studies of 10 papers, 3 intervention studies, and 3 literature review studies. Third, as a result of examining quality indicators of Gersten et al. (2005) and Brantlinger et al. (2005), seven studies were analyzed by quality indicators and all provided evidence for evaluating evidence based practice. Based on these results discussions and directions for future research were suggested.
