A Study on the Direction of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Convergence

20세기 후반 3차 산업혁명의 모태가 된 컴퓨터와 인터넷은 생산 및 판매 과정에 새로운 패러다임을 제시하며 우리에게 더 적은 인력과 자원으로 더 큰 가치를 창출하고 있다. 이제 4차 산업혁명은 AI 기술을 중심으로 상품과 서비스의 생산과 유통, 소비의 전 과정에서 모든 것이 연결되고 지능화 되는 IOT 시대를 가능하게 하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 시대에는 기존의 상식과 고정관념을 탈피하지 않고서 새로운 시대를 선도하기 어렵다. 무엇보다 새로운 부가가치를 창출하는 4차 산업혁명시대에 부응하는 교육제도의 혁신적 변화가 요구되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명시대에는 인공지능을 효과적으로 이용하면서 기술에 종속되지 않고 인간의 가치를 스스로 지키는 인재를 길러내기 위해서는 교육혁신이 무엇보다 절실히 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명시대의 교육적 의미를 고찰하고 해외사례를 살펴 미래교육을 위한 새로운 길을 찾는 학술적 논의를 통해 비전을 설계하고 방향을 제시한다.

Computers and the Internet, which became the birthplace of the Third Industrial Revolution in late 20th century, present a new paradigm in the production and sales process and create greater value for us with less manpower and resources. Now, in the fourth industrial revolution, everything is connected and intelligent in the whole process of production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services centering on AI technology. In the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it is difficult to lead a new era without departing from existing common sense and stereotypes. In the 4th Industrial Revolution, Educational innovation is needed to develop human resources that can effectively use artificial intelligence and keep human values independent of technology. This study examines the educational significance of the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, looks at overseas cases, and presents a vision and direction through academic discussions to find new ways to educate future students.
