간호대학생의 학업스트레스, 교수신뢰도가 학과문화인식에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Academic stress and Professor trust on Awareness of Department Organizational culture among Nursing Students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 학업스트레스, 교수신뢰도, 학과조직문화 인식의 정도와 관계를 확인하고 이들 변수가 학과 조직문화인식에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 충청도 소재 1개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 182명을 대상으로, 2017년 10월 16일부터 11월 6일까지 자가 보고식 설문조사로 시행되었다. 연구결과, 대상자의 학업스트레스 평균점수는 2.94점으로 탈진의 점수가 가장 높았으 며, 교수신뢰도는 3.40점으로 강의능력 점수가 가장 높았다. 학과 조직문화유형에 대한 인식은 과업지 향문화가 3.86점으로 가장 높았다. 친밀감, 무능감이 간호대학생의 관계지향문화 인식에 영향을 주었 으며, 친밀감, 지도력이 혁신지향문화에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 친밀감, 전문성, 지도력 순으로 위계지향문화 인식에 영향을 주었으며, 전문성, 지도력, 친밀감, 무능감, 탈진 순으로 과업지향문화에 영향을 주는 변수로 파악되었다. 그러므로 학업스트레스를 감소시키고 교수신뢰도를 향상시키기기 위한 방안 확립이 간호대학생의 전인적 성장을 위한 학과조직문화 형성에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

This study examined effects of academic stress and professor trust on awareness of department organizational culture among nursing students. Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire from 182 nursing students using convenient sampling methods from October 16 to November 6, 2017. The mean score of academic stress was 2.94 and the score of emotional exhaustion was the highest. The mean score of professor trust was 3.40 and the score of teaching was the highest. The mean score of task-oriented organizational culture was 3.86. Stepwise regression showed that intimacy and reduced personal efficacy had the effect on relation-oriented organizational culture, intimacy and leadership had the effect on innovation-oriented organizational culture. It showed that intimacy had the greatest effect on hierarch-oriented organizational culture, followed by expertise and leadership. Also, it showed that expertise had the greatest effect on task-oriented organizational culture, followed by leadership, intimacy, reduced personal efficacy and emotional exhaustion. In conclusion, strategies for reducing academic stress and for improving professor trust should be developed to formated of organizational culture to strengthen the holistic growth of nursing students.
