간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

The Effecting Factors Nursing Professionalism in Nursing Students

이 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 전공만족도, 학업적 스트레스, 간호전문직관과의 관계를 파악하여 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. G시에 있는 4년제 대학에 다니는 2학년학생을 대상으로 하여 2018년 3월부터 한 달간 조사하여 212부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었 으며 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’ Correlation coefficients, Multiple regression을 SPSS WIN 21.0을 사용해 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대상자의 학업적 자기효능감과 학업적 스트레스는 유의한 음의 상관관계(r=-.162, p<.05), 전공만족도와 학업적 스트레스는 유의한 음의 상관관계(r=-.695, p<.001)를 보였고, 전공만족도와 간호전문직관은 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.598, p<.001)를 보였고, 학업적 스트레스와 간호전문직관은 유의한 음의 상관관계(r=-.381, p<.001)를 보였 다. 또한 대상자의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도(β=.607, p<.001), 학업적 자기효 능감(β=-.128, p<.05)로 나타났으며 학업적 스트레스는 간호전문직관에 큰 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 모형의 설명력은 35%로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 간호대학생의 간호전문직관을 높이기 위해서 학업적 자기효능감, 전공만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate Academic Self-Efficacy, Major satisfaction, Academic Stress, Nursing Professionalism and identify the influencing factors on Nursing Professionalism of nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 212 nursing students who were 2 universities in Gwangju, november 2018. Data ware analyzed by using SPSS Win 21.0. There was a significant negative correlation between Academic Self-Efficacy and Academic Stress(r=-.162, p<.05), Major satisfaction and Academic Stress(r=-.695, p<.001), Academic Stress and Nursing Professionalism(r=-.381, p<.001). There was a significant positive correlation between Major satisfaction and Nursing Professionalism(r=.598, p<.001). As a regression analysis, factors that have and effect on nursing professionalism were academic self-efficacy, major satisfaction with the not significantly influenced by the academic stress. Theses factors explain 35% of the variance in nursing professionalism Therefore, to increase academic self-efficacy and to increases major satisfaction of nursing students, it is necessary to develop the program for improving the nursing professionalism of nursing students.
