신체표현을 활용한 유아음악놀이프로그램 효과 연구

A Study on Effectiveness of Early Childhood Music Play Program Using Body Expression

본 연구는 신체표현을 통한 유아음악놀이프로그램이 유아의 자아존중감과 정서지능에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구문제는 신체표현 유아음악놀이가 유아의 자아존중감에 효과가 있는가? 신체표현 유아음악놀이가 유아의 정서지능에 효과가 있는가?이다. 연구대상은 S시 지역 W유아교육기관 재원중인 5세를 실험집단과 통제집단 각 20명씩을 선정하였다. 연구도구는 단현국과 이미숙(2006)의 자아존중감 검사도구와 정서지능을 측정하기 위하여 Mayer와 Salovey(1990)의 정서지능 모형에 기초한 이병래(1997)가 개발한 척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 각 집단간 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고 집단 간 차이검증을 알아보고자 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 신체표현을 활용한 음악놀이가 유아의 자아존중감 및 정서지능에 효과가 있었다. 즉, 유아교육현장에서 음악놀이가 중요할 뿐만 아니라 특히, 신체표현을 활용한 음악놀이를 진행하였을 때, 유아는 자존감 및 정서성에 보다 적극적으로 표현하였으며, 음악놀이 활동은 유아교육현장에서 적용하기에 매우 적합함을 시사해주고 있다.

This study is implemented to know effects of a music play program using body expression on self-esteem and emotional intelligence of child. The research problem is that a body expression baby music play affects self-esteem and emotional intelligence of child. Subjects of the study are 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups that are 5-year old babies attending W children education institute at S region. The research tools are self-esteem test tool of Dan and Lee(2006), and the criterion developed by Lee(1997) based on the model of emotional intelligence of Mayer and Salovey(1990) for measuring emotional intelligence. The data are analyzed by t-test to know the difference using SPSS 20.0. As a result of the study, musical play using physical expression was effective on the self - esteem and emotional intelligence of young children. In other words, musical play is important not only in early childhood education but also in children s self - esteem and emotional state, especially when they play musical play using physical expression. Music play activity is applied in early childhood education Suggesting a very good fit.
