국내 주요 웰니스 관광지 구축현황의 문제점과 개선방안

Problems and Improvement of Current Status of Wellness Tourism Sites in Korea

최근 초고령 사회가 급진전 되면서 다양한 형태의 웰니스 시설들이 전 세계적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히, 국내 주요 웰니스 시설들의 운영주체와 세부적인 구축현황을 살펴봄으로써 다양한 웰니스 시설물에 대한 올바른 인식과 그 활용도를 높일 수 있다고 판단된다. 최근 정부는 웰니스 <관광 25선>을 지정함으로써 국내에서 구축된 웰니스 시설물의 객관적인 가치와 상호 비교를 시도하였고 저자는 이에 대해 개별 웰니스 시설에 대한 경쟁력과 부족한 점을 금번 연구를 통해 도출하고자 하였다. 향후, 급속히 증가하고 있는 전 세계 노령인구에 대한 수요와 사회적 필요성을 적절하게 수용할 수 있는 수준의 웰니스 시설물의 개략적인 기준을 제시하고 이를 통해, 급속히 증가하고 있는 해외 의료관광객에 대한 편의성을 구축하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.결과적으로, 본 연구에서는 웰니스<관광 25선>을 구축하는데 있어서 운용현황, 유치시장, 정부지원체계, 활동전략 및 방안 순으로 웰니스 시설물들을 상호 비교해 설명하고 이를 통해, 한국 웰니스 시설물에 대한 지속적인 경쟁력을 확보하는 데 도움이 되는 방안이 무엇인지 간략하게 제시하였다.

Recently, with the rapid progress of the aging society, various types of wellness facilities are increasing all over the world. Especially, it is possible to improve the recognition and utilization of various wellness facilities by looking at the operation subjects and detailed construction status of major wellness facilities in Korea. In particular, recently, the government has designated the wellness <25 sightseeing lines> and tried to compare with the objective value of the wellness facilities built in Korea, and the author tried to derive the competitiveness and lack of individual wellness facilities through this study . In the future, we will provide a rough standard of wellness facilities that can accommodate rapidly increasing demand and social needs of the elderly population of the world, and build convenience for overseas medical tourists This study can be meaningful. As a result, this study explains the wellness facilities in the order of operation status, attracting market, government support system, activity strategy and plan in order of wellness <25 tourism lines>, thereby ensuring continuous competitiveness of Korean wellness facilities I briefly covered some helpful ways.
