대학생의 부모애착과 전공 몰입경험이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Parental Attachment and Experience of Flow in Major of University Students on Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 부모애착과 전공 몰입경험의 관계를 규명하는데 있으며, 구체적으로 부모애착과 전공 몰입경험이 진로결정 자기효능감에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였고, 부모애착과 진로결정 자기효능감과의 관계에서 전공 몰입경험이 매개효과를 나타내는지를 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 서울 소재 4년제 대학 두 곳의 재학생 200명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문지를 배부하였다. 이중 불성실하다고 판단되는 6부를 제외한 194명(남학생 103명, 여학생 91명)을 대상으로 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 적률상관분석, 단순 회귀분석과 중다 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과, 첫째, 부모애착과 전공 몰입경험은 진로결정 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모애착과 진로결정 자기효능감과의 관계에서 전공 몰입경험이 유의하게 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감을 증진하기 위해서는 부모와의 관계를 증진하여 애착을 안정적으로 형성할 수 있도록 돕고 대학생의 전공몰입을 잘 할 수 있도록 지도하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the parents attachment, experience of flow in major, and career decision making self-efficacy in a sample of university students, and to investigate the mediation effects of experience of flow in major on the relationship between parents attachment and career decision making self-efficacy. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the self-report questionnaires were distributed to 200 students from two universities in Seoul, and 194 students (103 male and 91 female students) Pearson s correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 20.0 program. The results of this study were as follows: First, it’s found that higher parents attachment and experience of flow in major, led to better career decision making self-efficacy. Second. the results revealed that experience of flow in major of university students had a significant mediation effect on the relationship between parents attachment and career decision making the self-efficacy. Based on these findings, in order to improve the career decision making self-efficacy of university students, it is important to improve their relationship with parents and to help them to build up their attachment stably, or to guide their students in their majors.
