북한이탈주민 가족의 적응 이슈와 가족복지 실천 방안 연구

A Study on North Korean Refugee family adjustment issues and family welfare strategies

본 연구는 북한이탈주민이 북한에서의 경험과 탈북과정, 중국체류기간동안의 경험들로 인해 남한적응과정에서 나타나는 가족적응상의 어려움들을 제시하였다. 북한이탈주민들은 가족해체와 장시간 분리를 경험한 이후 재결합으로 인한 가족관계상의 어려움, 중국에서 형성한 가족들로 인한 어려움, 자녀들의 양육에 관한 어려움(자녀교육과 적응지원)과 부모자녀간의 관계에서의 어려움, 정신건강상의 문제에 따른 가족관계에서의 어려움 등은 남한적응과정을 위해서 해결해야 할 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 북한이탈주민들의 가족적응의 문제에 따른 가족복지서비스 제공을 위한 실천방안 및 방향성을 제시하였다.

This study presents North korean refugees experiences in North korea, during their flight from North Korea and families difficulties while they are adjusting to South Korea. North Korean refugees difficulties are to do with family s dissolution, reunion after long separation , addition of family in China, raising children(education and adjustment support), parent-child relationship and mental health problems which need to be solved in order to adjust to South Korea. This study suggests family welfare service strategies and direction according to these North Korean refugees family adjustment issues.
