본 논문은 급속하게 진입하고 있는 한국의 노령화 사회 문제를 표준을 통하여 접근 한다. 기존에 고령화를 사회적 해결문제로 접근한 유럽, 일본 및 미국의 해외 응용사례와 표준화 내용을 조사한다. 의료기록 정보 공유 표준 조사를 통해 고령자형 스마트헬스 인프라로서 한국형 건강노인 서비스를 위한 국민건강검진 공유 표준을 제안한다.
In this paper, we ve approached the problems about aging society of Korea through strategies of standardizations. We also reviewed the a few reference cases in Europe, Japan and the United States to analyze how to prepare standardizations for their aging societies. Finally, we proposed a potential standard to share Korean health examination result.
