원전 안전관련 온도센서인 측온저항체(RTD) 및 열전대(TC)에 관한 경년열화관리의 IEC 62765-2는 제3수준의 IEC TC/SC 45A 기술문서이다. 이 논문은 원전종사자들에게 동 주제에 대한 직관을 줄 의도로 작성하였다. 이 국제표 준의 목표는 원전 온도센서의 경년열화로 인한 원전에 잠재적인 영향을 확인하고, 이 표준에서 제시하는 최소한 요건을 만족하고 있음을 확증하는 적합한 조치를 수행하여 원전의 안전성을 확보하도록 하였다. 본 논문은 RTD 및 TC의 경년 열화관리 단계 중 온도 교정 허용오차를 포함한 성능검증단계에 초점을 맞추었다.
This paper is intended to give an insight operators of NPPs (utilities), systems evaluators, and by licensors. This IEC 62765-2 is the third level IEC SC45A document tackling the specific issue of management of aging of temperature sensors in nuclear power plants for I&C systems important to safety. The standard identifies minimum requirements aimed at ensuring that any potential impacts on NPP safety due to ageing of temperature sensors of NPP can be identified and that suitable actions are undertaken to demonstrate that the safety of the plant will not be impaired and to meet the requirements as described in the standard. This paper focused on the performance verification with the specifed calibration tolerance in the process of ageing management of RTD and thermo-couple.
