자동차부품 튜닝 인증제도 발전을 위한 연구

A Study on Improvement of the Certification System for Auto Parts Tuning

자동차 튜닝이 활성화된 국가에서는 튜닝자동차 안전을 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 무분별한 튜닝부품의 제작 및 판매 제재를 위해 시험․인증기관(독일시험검사협회(TȔV), 일본자동차튜닝협회(JASMA))을 효율적으로 운영하고 있다. 우리나라도 튜닝 활성화를 위해서는 무엇보다도 튜닝부품 인증, 안전성 평가기술 및 인증절차를 개발하여 튜닝에 대한 불안감을 해소하여야 한다. 나아가 공공기관이나 민간단체를 통한 튜닝자동차의 안전확보 노력 및 튜닝부품의 체계적인 관리방안의 마련이 필요하다. 다시 말해, 자동차 튜닝의 활성화를 위해 자동차 부품산업의 촉진, 자동차 불법구조변경에 따른 문제점 해결, 튜닝 부품에 대한 신뢰성 확보를 위하여 튜닝 부품의 안전성 및 품질 검증제도 도입이 시급하다.

In countries where auto parts tuning is activated, various efforts are being made for tuned vehicle safety. Especially, it has efficient testing and certification body, TUV in Germany and JASMA (Japan Automobile Tuning Association) in Japan, for sanction against manufacture and sales of indiscriminate tuning parts. In Korea, tuning parts certification, evaluation technology and certification procedure should also be developed for tuning activation to eliminate the anxiety about tuning. Furthermore, it is necessary to make efforts to secure the safety of tuning automobiles through public institutions or private sectors, and then to prepare measures for systematic management of tuning parts. In other words, in order to activate automobile tuning, safety and quality of tuning parts are verified in order to promote the auto parts industry, to solve problems due to unlawful body change, and to secure reliability of tuning parts. The introduction of the system is urgent.
