There were significant difference in the degree of stress, namely, maternal age (p=.04), monthly income(p=.0003), whether the women had a occupation (p=.01), and had experienced on ultrasonography(P=.03). 3. The mean score of maternal-fetal atlachment(NIFA) was 88.33 (range : 25~ 125). 4. Gestational period (P= .02), whether the women had planned pregnancy(P=.01) were significant difference in degree of maternal fetal attachment. 5. The most frequently practiced attachment item was I’m really looking forward to seeing what the baby looks like (mean 4.50) . The least practiced attachment item was “I have dicided on a name for a girl baby (mean 1.94) . 6. The hypothesis was supported that the higher the degree of stress by pregnant women the lower that of Maternal Fetal Attachment Score (r=-.175, P=.05).
