Increasing Multicultural Understanding and Effective Communication Styles

The purpose of this study is to present the direction for improving the multicultural society in Korea. Cultural diversity currently occupies a sizable population of Korean society from employers to home. With new waves of immigrants coming from Vietnam, China, the Philippines, Cambodia and many other countries, Korean s population will become more ethnically and culturally diverse in the future. It s time to open a new direction providing practical and workable approaches to accomplish a comprehensive understanding of diversity. This is the healthiest and the best way to reshape Korea s future society otherwise cultural clash will destroy everybody s daily life and society. Accepting a multicultural societal trend rather than rejecting diversity is the essential key to making a bright future.
