여성결혼이민자의 자아존중감과 사회적 지지가 사회적응에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Self-Esteem and Social Support on Social Adjustment of Married Immigrant Women

본 연구는 여성결혼이민자의 자아존중감과 사회적 지지가 사회적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보고，여성결혼이민자의 사회적응을 도모하기 위한 사회복지적 실천 방안을 모색하는것이다. 광주광역시에 거주하고 있는 140명의 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 하였고，신뢰도분석, t-test와 ANOVA, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 통해 발견된 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째，여성결혼이민자의 자아존중감，사회적지지 , 사회적응은 상관관계가있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 여성결혼이민자의 일반적 특성에 따라 자아존중감, 사회적지지，사회적응은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성결혼이민자의 자아존중감과 사회적 지지가 사회적응에 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 여성결혼이민자의 사회적응 향상을 위한 사회복지적 실천방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose o f this study was to scrutinize the influence o f self-esteem and social support on the social adjustment of married immigrant w om en, and to seek practical plan for their social welfare so as to encourage their social adjustment. Subjects were 140 married immigrant w om en residing in Gwangju. The data were analyzed with Reliability Analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis by SPSS. The results o f the data analysis are as follow s. First, married immigrant w om en s self-esteem, social support, social adjustment was found statistically significant in the correlation. Second, sociodemographic characteristics o f the participants demonstrate the differences in their self-esteem, social support, social adjustment. Third, the participants self-esteem and social support influences their social adjustment in Korea. O n the base o f the findings above, this study suggest a practical plan for the social welfare to increase social adjustment o f the married immigrant w om en.
